It is almost Thanksgiving, so although most of us will buy a turkey and keep it simple oven or smoker, let us give credit to those that go above and beyond! :D

1. Osceola Turkey

So if you want to get fancy and potentially more expensive than any other store bought Turkey, how about hunting your own Osceola Turkey. There are only 4 subspecies of Turkey in North America and the Osceola is only found in limited parts of Florida, where the others are widespread.
