I'm guessing this is Moxie's ? The staff is usually really pretty, and dressed accordingly.

Our office group has hit the Moxie's at the Crescent in Dallas.

yes, Southlake is a little more formal, but all female wait staff. I went to Moxies Dallas about 2 years ago, haven't been lately, I heard the clientele went way down hill, but that was from a pretty unadventurous snooty person.
